MSG Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Instructional Design & AI Learning Solutions in New York. This senior individual contributor will shape enterprise learning strategy, standards, and AI-enabled tooling adoption across the organization.

You will consult with senior leaders, HR, and SMEs, design diverse learning experiences, and mentor designers while advancing innovative, scalable learning solutions on-site at NYC venues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or talent development.
• Deep expertise in adult learning, learning science, and modern learning technologies.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to learning design, content development, or knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior instructional design expert and trusted advisor.
• Lead design of complex enterprise learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct needs, audience, and performance analyses to identify effective solutions.
• Establish and improve instructional design standards, templates, and governance.
• Design and review digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Drive adoption and optimization of learning technologies and authoring tools.
• Lead exploration and implementation of AI-powered learning design.
• Develop best practices for responsible use of generative AI in learning workflows.
• Consult with senior leaders, HR, SMEs, and project teams on learning strategy.
