Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Institutional Business Manager to lead strategic sales efforts in the Raleigh, NC region with a remote-US work option. You will build a network of healthcare decision-makers, calling on physicians, hospitals, and pharmacy teams across multiple subspecialties.

The role requires at least 8 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, strong account management, and CRM experience. A hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and education support are offered.

Qualifications

• Eight years+ experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
• Ability to manage key accounts independently and drive growth.
• Strong communication to healthcare providers in real-time clinical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area.
• Call on physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other providers across subspecialties.
• Travel to territories as needed and manage territory data in a CRM.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
