Job summary

Securitas Technology in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Senior Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage fast-turn installation projects from booking through completion. You will interface with customers, schedule technicians and subcontractors, and drive on-time delivery, ensuring project scope and PSD/CCD dates are met.

Reports to the District General Manager. The role requires strong multitasking, leadership and communication skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Outlook and scheduling

Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage installation projects end-to-end.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software; able to maintain schedules and dashboards.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation technicians and subcontractors to meet critical completion dates.
• Maintain backlog and forecast revenue for ongoing projects and updates in status codes.
• Collaborate with district leadership to review backlog and project items weekly.
• Drive installation process from order to completion and close-out; communicate with customers.
• Track subcontractor arrivals/departures and ensure accurate PSD/CCD dates.
• Maintain electronic folders and manage PSD changes, scope, and manufacturing impacts.
