Qualifications

• Previous Inside Sales experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal training.
• Dependable with strong and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP or order-entry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Provide pricing, availability, lead-time, and order-status information.
• Follow up on open orders and customer requests.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Resolve routine customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
