Job summary

HRBoost, LLC. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a Vernon Hills, IL-based account portfolio on-site. You will serve as the primary contact for established customers, ensuring service excellence, technical accuracy, and proactive account growth.

You will handle repeat orders, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with engineering for specialized fastening solutions, while maintaining CRM records and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years inside sales, account management, or customer support in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM.
• Familiarity with fasteners: thread types, grades, finishes, and common nut styles.
• Excellent communication skills with purchasers and engineers.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Use of AI tools for sales opportunity identification is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: main contact for a portfolio of established small to mid-tier accounts.
• Account Growth: communicate with existing clients to capture recurring revenue and expand product usage.
• Identify new opportunities by prospecting potential users in key vertical markets.
• Act as Technical Liaison between clients and internal engineering team.
• Log customer interactions, manage pipelines, and update account details in CRM.
