Inside Sales Representative

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Break: One-hour lunch break

Position Summary

Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with previous Inside Sales experience who can contribute immediately with minimal training. This is a fully on-site position, and reliable and consistent attendance is essential. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing timely and professional support to customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email


• Prepare and follow up on quotations


• Enter and process customer orders accurately


• Provide pricing, availability, lead-time, and order-status information


• Follow up on open orders and customer requests


• Coordinate with Outside Sales and other internal departments


• Maintain accurate customer and order information

Work Schedule

Regular working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Weekends are generally off, with the exception of one Saturday per year for annual inventory, typically scheduled between late March and early May. Advance notice will be provided.
