Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, seeks an Inside Sales support role to assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing. You will generate quotes and enter orders, coordinate delivery, and seek new customers to expand business.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer support to walk-in retail or contractor customers and responds to inquiries by phone and email.
• Generates sales quotations and enters orders into the computer system.
• Schedules production and delivery of orders with store operations.
• Identifies trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and troubleshoots order issues.
