Qualifications
- 5-7 years of inside sales experience in technology or IT solutions.
- Experience selling complex B2B tech products and services.
- Strong negotiation and upselling skills.
- Proficient in preparing, presenting, and refining quotes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes with pricing, delivery timelines, and terms.
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and quickly.
- Manage order status via backlog reports and portals.
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Serve as liaison between customers and sales teams.
- Support RFQs and provide high-quality account management.
