The role blends sales, customer support, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, multitasking, and delivering excellent service to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, account management, or related roles.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline from outreach to close.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound activity via calls and campaigns to vendor leads and inbound inquiries.
• Qualify prospects, identify needs, budgets, timelines, and decision makers.
• Partner with sales leadership to uncover growth opportunities in territories.
• Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes and manage orders.
• Maintain quote logs, open orders, and backlog reports.
