Job summary

Heartland Business Systems is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to support Solutions Consultants and introduce product offerings to established accounts across the full sales cycle. You will build long-term consultative relationships and expand service offerings while maintaining high-quality customer service.

You will coordinate client meetings, process quotes and orders, work with vendors on pricing, and ensure timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in Inside Sales/Account Specialist role.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong team player with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information to plan client meetings and coordinate projects.
• Quote and process orders for services including high-end solutions and systems.
• Coordinate paperwork such as credit apps and standard terms.
• Communicate with Accounting and Solutions Consultants to resolve issues.
• Provide post-install support and ensure proper registrations.
