Job summary

Heartland Business Systems in Lisle, IL is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to support Solutions Consultants and expand our service offerings. You will guide clients through the sales process, quote and process orders, and maintain strong relationships to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in Inside Sales/Account Support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in Inside Sales/Account Specialist role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information from clients and partners to plan meetings and coordinate client projects.
• Quote and process orders for offerings including high-end solutions, phone systems, network and servers, virtualization, etc.
• Collect and process paperwork from customers including credit applications and signed terms.
• Negotiate discounts and pricing with vendors/manufacturers.
• Coordinate with Accounting on collection issues, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with current customers to expand services and improve results.
