ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Inside Sales Associate to grow market share, uncover opportunities, and provide solutions to customer needs for long-term partnerships. The role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities include growing revenue and margins, increasing order size, identifying new customers, and maintaining active communication across accounts using a CRM system. Excellent communication and 3 years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Sales Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy – MS Office basics.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow Customer Accounts for Profit by increasing revenue and margins.
• Increase order size, grow transactions, and leverage pricing tools.
• Identify opportunities and convert customers from competition.
• Maintain steady communication with existing accounts using CRM.
