ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow market share by expanding revenue and margin with existing accounts and by bringing in new customers. You will drive opportunities, educate customers, and maintain accurate interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience is required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Desire to be in a sales role and be accountable for sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and increase margin for assigned accounts.
• Increase order size, transactions, and leverage pricing tools.
• Acquire new customers and convert competitors' customers.
• Maintain accounts with regular communication using the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and meet daily call targets.
