ADI Global Distribution is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to grow market share, uncover opportunities, and provide solutions that build long-term customer partnerships. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship building, and effective product knowledge across ADI’s security and low-voltage offerings.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to meet revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service across in-store, phone, and online channels.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic MS Office skills.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and margins for assigned accounts.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools.
• Add new customers and convert from competitors.
• Maintain accounts via proactive communication and tracking.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments.
