Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Fresno to grow revenue, increase margins, and expand the customer base. You will manage accounts, perform outbound calls, and leverage pricing tools while delivering exceptional service across in-store, phone, and online channels.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and collaboration with teams to promote ADI resources and programs, with opportunities for advancement in a global business.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience or more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Desire to be in a sales role and be accountable for revenue.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets by growing revenue and margin for assigned accounts.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools to improve margin.
• Grow customer base by adding new customers.
• Identify opportunities and convert purchases from competition.
• Manage all existing accounts through ongoing communication.
• Make outbound calls and meet daily call targets.
• Promote positive relationships within ADI and educate customers on new products.
• Maintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Explain product features in non-technical terms and stay current on offerings.
• Provide exceptional shopping experiences in-store, by phone, and online.
