Wesco is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our CSS team in Carol Stream, IL. You will engage with existing customers to grow sales, qualify and develop opportunities, and coordinate with outside sales to meet goals.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, account management across larger accounts, and the ability to mentor teammates; travel is limited, and commission is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of sales experience with proven results.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds performance metrics for volume, profitability, and penetration.
• Markets products and value-added services to existing accounts.
• Develops strong relationships and identifies opportunities within accounts.
• Owns and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Keeps abreast of new products and competitive knowledge.
