• Identify stock products and suggest comparable alternatives to customers.
• Oversee service commitments and follow up on escalated issues.
• Maintain records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Provide guidance on pricing strategies within established frameworks.
• Mentor associates on best practices and processes.
