Job summary

Cardinal Health Pricing Operations is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate pricing for customers, onboarding, and GPO transfers, while managing case plans and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.

You will analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and support pricing initiatives throughout contract implementation, delivering strong client experiences and maintaining relationships across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer-facing experience preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing for customers, customer onboarding, GPO transfers, and customer disengagements from Cardinal Health.
Manage case plans, resources, and customer commitments.
Identify data requirements and gather relevant data to analyze complex problems, situations, or issues.
Analyze complex situations by focusing on task details and breaking issues into manageable components.
Draw insights and conclusions through logical analysis of complex situations and issues.
Ensure a positive client experience by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations and delivering on service commitments and agreements.
Show empathy for customer concerns and issues; identify customer needs and expectations and respond appropriately.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while delivering accurate, high-quality transactions and services; manage resources to optimize cost-effectiveness.
