Qualifications

• Ability to analyze market trends, develop presentations, provide recommendations and forecast business.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade fund and deduction activities for 30–40 customers, including deductions processing, validation, reconciliation and post‑audit analysis.
• Build and maintain item‑ and customer‑level baseline forecasts; deliver bi‑monthly forecast updates with risk and opportunity highlights.
• Produce sales reports with trend analysis, store counts, velocity metrics and regional insights to support channel decisions.
• Analyze distributor portal data to inform distribution priorities and performance assessments.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership and account teams.
• Coordinate product, displays, coolers and merchandising assets for all trade shows and events; manage shipping logistics, tracking and post‑event reconciliation.
• Process broker invoices, display requests, gratis requests and check requests accurately and on time.
• Support legal contract administration, tracking and internal communication.
• Manage new item setup and vendor onboarding processes; track distributor communications and key milestones.
• Complete vendor documentation (W‑9s, Ariba setup, credit applications, tax forms) and maintain alignment across Trade Management and Salesforce.com.
• Ensure system accuracy and process consistency across partners.
