Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers with product needs.
• Commitment to store presentation, safety, and loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Serve as primary front-end contact and provide register coverage to assist cashiers with complex transactions.
• Assist with scheduling, directing workflow, and ensuring department presentation standards are met.
• Uphold merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, price changes and replenishment per SOPs.
• Promote and train teammates on company programs such as loyalty, warranties and private label enrollments.
