Job summary

Millennium Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field-based Customer Support Representative to support existing customers and prospect for new opportunities in the territory. This daily-travel, onsite role sits at the intersection of healthcare sales and support.

You will train clinical staff on sample collection and order processing, plan onsite visits, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining HIPAA, confidentiality, and strong ethics.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
• 2+ years of progressive sales success in healthcare.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills; travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
• Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver on-site training with customers.
• Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
• Develop working relationships with internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information to strengthen relationships.
