Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an Auto Servicing Specialist in Phoenix to assist customers by phone and email regarding account status, payments, and related questions. You will document interactions accurately and collaborate with management to improve service delivery.

You will handle welcome calls, address billing concerns, and contribute to training efforts while maintaining a customer‑centric approach in a fast paced environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years in auto servicing collections.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred.
• Familiarity with FDCPA and FCRA regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced environment.
• Customer loyalty through listening and professionalism.
• Team oriented approach and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to answer questions, provide assistance, and process requests by phone and email.
• Complete welcome calls to new customers; document thoroughly across channels.
• Identify opportunities to optimize results and improve customer satisfaction; contribute to training and development.
• Investigate problems and resolve payment objections to fit customer needs.
• Create a positive customer experience; maintain high quality assurance results.
