Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager to expand the company's footprint in the marketplace and shorten the sales cycle by turning over more highly qualified leads to Field Sales.

This role focuses on national accounts and driving growth through strategic lead development. The NDM will nurture leads, qualify them using BANT criteria, and coordinate meetings between prospects and Ryder Sales Representatives, while educating customers on Ryder's value proposition and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of successful sales experience.
• Five or more years in a B2B sales environment; Inside Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures leads and assesses fit to determine when a sales resource should engage.
• Schedules meetings between qualified leads and Ryder sales representatives.
• Educates prospects on Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintains high call volume to pass qualified leads to sales and generate revenue.
