Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Development Manager (NDM) to expand our footprint in national accounts. The role focuses on lead nurturing, qualifying, and handing off qualified leads to Field Sales, while educating prospects on Ryder's value proposition.

The NDM will maintain high outbound activity, schedule meetings with Ryder Sales Representatives, and work toward meeting quotas in a remote setting for national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years or more successful sales experience required.
• Three (3) years or more prior Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Five (5) years or more prior experience selling in a B2B environment required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in lead nurturing and assesses lead quality based on ICP and activity level.
• Accomplishes one-on-one nurturing and uses BANT to decide if a sales resource is needed.
• Schedules meetings between Sales Qualified and Ryder Sales Representative.
• Educates and develops prospects regarding Ryder's value proposition and services.
• Maintains high call volume to pass qualified leads to sales, set appointments and generate revenue.
