Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a National Development Manager (NDM) to expand Ryder's footprint by qualifying leads and handing over opportunities to Field Sales. The role focuses on national accounts and driving revenue through senior-level engagement.

The NDM nurtures leads, schedules meetings with Ryder Sales, and educates prospects on Ryder's value proposition, products and services. Remote work is indicated with a strong quota mindset and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/marketing or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years or more successful sales experience required
• Five (5) years or more prior experience selling in a B2B environment. required

Responsibilities

• Engages in lead nurturing and assesses when Lead merits one-on-one attention
• Schedules meetings between Sales Qualified and Ryder Sales Representative
• Educates and develops prospects regarding Ryder's Value Proposition and Services
• Maintains a high level of call volume to pass qualified leads to sales
