Arrow Electronics, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative for its US-NY Purchase, NY location. The role focuses on selling Arrow line card, servicing existing accounts, and closing business through strong relationship building and effective account planning.

You will engage with customers and suppliers, coordinate ITAR-related activities, and work in a hybrid setting (3 days in office, 2 days at home). The range reflects local compensation and geographic factors.

Position: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: Inside Sales Representative Arrow Electronics, Inc.

As a Sales & Marketing Representative you will be responsible for the sale of the Arrow line card in a defined territory generating profitable sales on existing accounts. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
• Servicing the customer
• Quotation and closure on business
• Customer strategy and action planning
• Territory and account planning
• Support value-added and supply chain engagements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience with experience in electronics sales strongly preferred
• The ability to build influential relationships
• Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills
• Customer service orientation
• The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
• PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
• College degree, preferred
• Experience in electronic components distribution inside sales.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• ITAR Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $28.58 - $34.93. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
