Arrow Electronics is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the regional sales organization in the US-CA market. The role drives strategy, mentors the sales team, and strengthens relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to achieve growth targets.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership, with a fully remote setup and optional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
• Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
• Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives
• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
• Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and deliver results; advise on strategy and customer plans based on data and past experience.
• Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff; manage performance and develop high potential reps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors; communicate with all levels.
• Provide organizational leadership; budget and plan; lead process improvements using data.
