You will coordinate strategy with senior stakeholders, negotiate large deals, and uphold customer service excellence alongside profitability objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in leading a sales team and managing opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
• Experience quoting complex drawings and parts quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team's strategic and sales objectives and create tactical solutions to meet or exceed goals.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and personnel development within the team.
• Mentor high-potential talent and plan succession for roles beyond the immediate team.
• Monitor process, progress, and results; ensure accuracy in Opportunity Manager.
