Qualifications

• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities of the organization and oversee inside sales staff.
• 2) Direct and evaluate the inside sales organization.
• 3) Set sales territories and goals.
• 4) Assign territories and accounts to outside sales staff.
• 5) Develop goals and represent accounts for territories.
• 6) Develop plans to penetrate new markets and monitor performance.
• 7) Communicate results to teams and monitor KPIs.
• 8) Analyze market conditions to guide pricing and forecasts.
• 9) Liaise between sales and Purchasing/Operations/Management.
• 10) Prepare periodic sales reports and annual sales summaries.
• 11) Develop feedback mechanisms to improve operations and production.
• 12) Lead and mentor inside sales team; manage staffing and resources.
• 13) Assist with inventory planning and management.
• 14) Handle customer rejections/complaints; assist outside sales when needed.
