Job summary

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Ability to quote price and availability to customers.
• Explain and relate credit terms and conditions to customers.
• Coordinate with operations to relate delivery dates to customers.
• Support territory managers with follow-ups, out calls, quotes, and customer inventory requests.
• Collaborate with sales associates to create key account strategies.
• Acquire new accounts and assist in buyouts to procure product.
• Expedite customer orders and shipments when requested.
• Handle invoicing, updating receivers, inventory cycles, MTRs and month-end duties.
• Miscellaneous office duties as needed.
