Job summary

Element Biosciences is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of AVITI systems and related services in the Northeast. This remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales and requires 3–5 years of life sciences sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a strong track record in prospecting and qualifying leads.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting sales targets, with travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics or related field.
• 3–5 years of life sciences sales, cold-calling, CRM experience.
• Experience with strategic/consultative selling and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for Element AVITI instruments, consumables and services.
• Manage the customer sales process via phone, email, web/remote conferencing, with limited on-site visits.
• Qualify leads from diverse sources and route them in Salesforce to the appropriate sales lead.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast in Salesforce.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
