Job summary

Element Biosciences is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for the Northeast region. This remote role will drive sales of Element AVITI instruments, consumables, and services, partnering with cross-functional teams to qualify opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.

The ideal candidate will prospect from multiple sources, conduct presentations, and maintain Salesforce records, with domestic travel up to 10% and base compensation in the $107k–$117k range, plus stock options and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology/Genetics or related field is required; advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years in life sciences sales with cold-calling and CRM experience.
• Strong pipeline management and quota attainment experience.
• Experience with strategic/value-based selling in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for instruments, consumables and services.
• Manage customer sales process via phone, email, web/remote conferencing and limited onsite visits.
• Qualify leads from multiple sources and route in Salesforce to the right sales lead.
• Forecast and manage funnel; drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Present to customers professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with field sales, product management and marketing to address questions.
