Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Distribution Senior Inside Sales professional in Orlando, FL. The role leads inside sales processes, handles national accounts, and drives issue resolution with delivery and data. It requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, ERP/CRM skills, and leadership ability.

You will train new hires, act as product expert for decking, doors, and stair parts, and contribute to inventory and order accuracy while supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn ERP and CRM software.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret standard business documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage Key retailers and national accounts in addition to sales territories.
• Take on the primary responsibility for setting up new SKU’s with Master Data.
• Serve as the clear product experts on specialty products (e.g., composite decking, doors, stair parts).
• Help with training of newly hired trainees.
• Serve as a quality control checkpoint on orders for newer reps.
• Initiate investigation and cleanup of the Delivery Due list, Short Shipped, Unresolved Deductions, Pending Returns.
• Assist with moving excess inventory and helping newer reps research and plan.
• Also includes all other duties of an inside sales rep.
