Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–5 years related field experience desirable.

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer support, guidance and product training to customers via phone as appropriate.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information and using workflows for credit terms.
• Supports sales efforts throughout the organization, including directing sales leads to appropriate personnel.
• Processes orders, resolves issues and provides technical support to Area Sales Representatives and other internal functions.
• Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining best solution.
