Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, 3+ years of customer service experience, and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Interest or experience with firearm industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms with accuracy.
• Provide timely responses regarding pricing, product availability, orders, and shipping.
• Prepare and edit customer quotes ensuring correct pricing per guidelines.
• Maintain and update customer information in ERP/CRM databases.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with production for timely delivery.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records and CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and shipping to fulfill orders.
• Address and resolve complaints or concerns, escalating as needed.
• Generate reports on orders, inventory, and sales estimates.
• Keep quotes, orders, and communications well organized.
