Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes and takes orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Maintains inventory levels for Consignment customers and sources products in branch/ DC or supplier inventory.
• Negotiate pricing to influence gross profit within given parameters.
• Promote Motion Industries products to generate sales and expedite backorders.
• Mentor/lead to lower level employees and serve as SME on multiple products when needed.
