Job summary

Micross in Apopka, Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to quote and sell die products and services to new and existing customers. The ISR will coordinate with other departments to meet customer specifications and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong sales skills, customer focus, and the ability to work onsite. Four-year degree preferred, US citizen due to export controls, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years selling microelectronic products to OEM customers.
• Four-year college degree preferred, preferably in a Science and Technology discipline.
• US citizen due to export control rules.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by soliciting and booking orders.
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand technical requirements and explain products.
• Work with Regional Sales Managers to identify and develop new customers as Growth customers.
• Work with Sales Support to amend orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Confer with customers to verify satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Submit periodic sales activity reports.
• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, delivery and availability.
