H-E Parts International LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive sales and deliver exceptional service to our regional customers. The role emphasizes building strong relationships through outbound calls and email communications, coordinating with Production, Supply Chain and Field Sales to ensure accurate pricing, part numbers and timely deliveries.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of customer service and inside sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Mining/industrial sector experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping logistics and exporting goods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound communications to educate customers on product value and functionality.
• Provide daily customer and billing support via phone, fax, or email.
• Process customer orders with accuracy including pricing, part numbers and routing.
• Create and update records of customer communication and transactions.
• Generate sales reports and analyze information to drive profitability.
• Maintain privacy and security of customer account information.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
