Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in the United States seeks an Inside Sales Leader for Mining Aftermarket Parts. You will drive quarterly order bookings, price maintenance, and forecasting while responding to OEMs, distributors, and regional teams with accurate pricing and delivery information.

You will lead price reviews, maintain pricing in ERP, and ensure SOX compliance. Strong ERP, Excel, and stakeholder coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle or other ERP System.
• Knowledgeable about pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and complete quote responses to OEM Customers, Independent Third Party Distributors, and Regional Sales Team Members.
• Execute and implement quarterly and annual price changes within ERP System and communicate changes to customers.
• Complete new part set-up and pricing when parts are created or changed; reactivate and reset pricing for inactive parts while maintaining SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance from assigned accounts and regions.
• Generate weekly tracking metrics to report status towards targets.
• Forecast and plan monthly and quarterly activities.
