Job summary

H-E Parts seeks a Customer Service Representative III in Elko, NV to manage customer contacts across regional sales, provide prompt support, and drive sales by building strong relationships with customers. The role collaborates with Production, Supply Chain, and Field Sales to highlight the value of H-E Parts Mining products and services.

You will handle order entry, pricing, part numbers, routing, and reporting, while resolving exceptions and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ customer service and inside sales experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• 2-year Associate Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy.
• Conduct outbound communications with customers offering and educating on product value and functionality.
• Provide support to customers and representatives via telephone, fax, or email daily.
• Process customer orders through the order entry system verifying pricing, quantities, part numbers and routing.
• Assist customers with product information including part numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding deliveries, pricing, credits, and warranty issues.
• Create and update accurate records of customer communication and transactions.
• Run sales reports and analyze information to drive sales and profitability.
