What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours to advise on next steps, aiming to drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and communities or care providers, guiding them through the decision-making process
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource for families after initial referrals to communities or home care providers
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage families and communities
- Manage the follow-up sales process, communicating with families and customer communities as they progress through their journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving performance results
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and understand the needs of families

- Experience in the senior living industry and knowledge of community offerings and sales processes
- Exceptional empathy and communication skills, particularly over the phone
