What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours of communities to advise on next steps, driving move-ins to customer communities
- Serve as a liaison between families and care providers, guiding them to make informed decisions about senior living options
- Act as an ongoing expert resource for families after referrals to communities or home care providers
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage families and communities
- Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication as families progress through their journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing
- Ability to overcome objections in a consultative sales environment
- History of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
- Proficient multitasking skills, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
