What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours to advise on next steps, aiming to drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and the communities or care providers
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource to families after initial referrals
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage families and communities
- Manage the follow-up sales process and maintain effective communication with families and customer communities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience, with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
- Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with families and taking notes
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent relationship-building skills to understand family needs quickly
