What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours to advise on next steps, aiming to drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and senior living communities or care providers
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource to families after initial referrals
- Manage the follow-up sales process, maintaining communication with families and customer communities
- Schedule tours at customer communities and convert leads into customer move-ins to meet sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a focus on proactive outreach and closing skills
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer and typing skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships quickly over the phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the senior living industry or related fields
- Proven track record of consultative selling and overcoming objections
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools
