What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and communities or care providers, guiding their decision-making process
- Serve as an ongoing expert resource for families after initial referrals to communities or home care providers
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to families and communities to drive sales
- Manage the follow-up sales process while understanding community offerings and resident requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing
- History of exceeding sales quotas and performance results
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated through relationship-building over the phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections in a consultative sales environment
- Experience in the senior living industry or related fields
