What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families who have been referred to communities or care providers to drive move-ins
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities, guiding them through the decision-making process
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, texts, and emails to engage families and communities
- Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication as families progress through their journey
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer community offerings and sales processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing sales
- History of exceeding sales quotas and delivering performance results
- Ability to multitask effectively, including taking notes while on the phone
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone
