Progressive in Texas is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate complex and high-risk injury claims. You will consult with police, medical professionals, claimants and others to gather information used to determine coverage, liability and total claim value.

This hybrid role requires reporting to an office about four days per month for meetings and coaching, with opportunity for more in-office days. Location open to multiple Texas claims offices.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
