Progressive is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to investigate complex and high-risk injury claims across Texas. You will consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others to gather information used to determine coverage, liability and total claim value.

The role is hybrid, requiring you to report to an office about four days per month for meetings, training and collaboration, with the option to work in-office more than four days.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling OR
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree OR
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Contribute to determining coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
