Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to investigate complex injury claims, consulting with police, medical staff, claimants and others to determine coverage, liability and total claim value. This hybrid role reports to an office ~four days per month, with flexible in-office options.

Location spans multiple Texas offices (Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, Lubbock, McAllen, San Antonio).

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
• Support a hybrid office environment with meetings, training and collaboration.
