Job summary

Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist to investigate complex and high-risk injury claims and determine coverage, liability, and total claim value. You will work in a hybrid role, reporting to office about four days a month for meetings and coaching, with optional in-office days for those who prefer more presence.

The role covers Texas claims offices in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, Lubbock, McAllen and San Antonio, with standard Mon-Fri hours 8:00

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved.
• Determine coverage, liability and total value of the claim.
